Renter Tools is a way for tenants and prospective tenants to easily access forms and submit documentation right from their phone. Just open the app, select the desired document, snap a photo, enter a description and submit!

From the application, you can do things such as:

-Document any pre-occupancy damage by submitting a Move-In Checklist
-Submit a service request
-Submit your income verification to complete your application process
-Take photo documentation of any damage or service needed
